SCC Network
As part of the LoTS care research programme we are hoping to develop a network for stroke care co-ordinators (SCCs). This network aims to support SCC's in their role by providing a forum for them to:
- Share their knowledge and experience of working in the community with stroke patients and their families
- Keep them informed about events, resources and research to help them develop in their role
